Deposit Policy

All bookings require a $150-$300 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Your deposit isn't an extra charge — it applies directly to your final session and covers custom design time, drawing, and preparation for your tattoo.

Rate: $200/hr, $150 minimum

What Your Deposit Covers:

Every piece I do is custom-drawn for your body — no flash, no repeats. Your deposit reserves your appointment at Remington Tattoo Parlor and compensates for the hours spent outside the shop designing, sizing, and laying out your piece to flow correctly with Japanese composition.

Rescheduling:

I get it, life happens. You can reschedule once with at least 72 hours notice and your deposit will move with you.Reschedules with less than 72 hours notice or a second reschedule will require a new deposit to re-book.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment or do not show up, your deposit is forfeited. To book again, a new deposit will be required.If I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or emergency, your deposit will always transfer to your new date. You will never lose your deposit because of me.

Design & Approval:

Your custom design will be ready to view on the day of your appointment at the shop. Due to the nature of custom Japanese work, I do not send drawings out early. Minor adjustments can be made at your appointment.Large-scale projects (back pieces, bodysuits, sleeves) may require multiple deposits throughout the project to keep future dates secured.
